The first month is all about introducing (or reintroducing) a new way of living—one rooted in honesty, connection, and purpose.
We focus deeply on Steps 1, 2, and 3, helping you surrender old patterns to build a spiritual and emotional foundation for growth. Through structured educational sessions, group therapy and individual therapy modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma therapy you'll begin the work of healing and self-awareness.

You’ll gain more independence, begin integrating with local fellowships, and practice applying what you’ve learned in real-world situations.

This stage emphasizes Steps 7–12, guiding clients through humility, making amends, ongoing self-reflection, and service to others — core components of sustainable, purpose-driven recovery.
