THE ROADMAP

AWAKENING

First Month

Rediscover yourself. Begin again.

The first month is all about introducing (or reintroducing) a new way of living—one rooted in honesty, connection, and purpose.

We focus deeply on Steps 1, 2, and 3, helping you surrender old patterns to build a spiritual and emotional foundation for growth. Through structured educational sessions, group therapy and individual therapy modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma therapy you’ll begin the work of healing and self-awareness.

List of activities

  • Morning yoga
  • Group therapy including process and psychoeducation
  • Gym with sauna and cold plunge
  • Journaling and gratitude practices
  • Beach walks and mindful movement
  • Nutritious meals from top chefs

TRANSFORMATION

Second Month

Create rhythm. Build your recovery lifestyle.

In Month Two, your daily practices begin to take root — this is where real change becomes habit, and freedom starts to feel real.

You’ll work through Steps 4, 5, and 6, diving into personal inventory, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. This phase is about building resilience, exploring core patterns, and learning to live recovery in everyday life. You’ll gain more independence, begin integrating with local fellowships, and practice applying what you’ve learned in real-world situations.

List of activities

  • Deeper emotional processing through 12-step work
  • Increased focus on CBT, spiritual growth, and family systems
  • Support to integrate healthy habits from month one into daily life
  • Continued individual psychology sessions
  • Continued daily exercise and healthy lifestyle
  • More flexible time to nurture personal interests and passions

THRIVING

Third Month

Live your recovery. Dream forward.

By Month Three, clients at Foundations Bali are no longer just stabilizing — they’re stepping into a new way of living. The focus shifts from internal healing to external action, allowing clients to apply everything they’ve learned to real-life scenarios with confidence and clarity.

This stage emphasizes Steps 7–12, guiding clients through humility, making amends, ongoing self-reflection, and service to others — core components of sustainable, purpose-driven recovery.

List of activities

  • Dream-building and future vision planning
  • Developing routines to support long-term recovery
  • Integrating into recovery communities and taking on more leadership roles in the community
  • Legacy work through service, mentorship, and contribution
  • Continued support through group sessions and 1:1 therapy, as well as month one and two work

The journey doesn’t end here.

We’ll help you design an exit and aftercare plan tailored to your goals, connect with alumni and support groups, and ensure you leave with confidence, tools, and a solid foundation for lifelong recovery.
