RESIDENTIAL REHAB PROGRAMME

Private Residential Rehab. A Real Way Forward.

If alcohol or drugs have taken over more of your life than you want, you do not have to work out what happens next alone. Foundations gives you the support to get well, rediscover who you are and build a life worth staying clean and sober for.

a place to stop and reset

You do not need to arrive with all the answers

By the time people consider residential treatment, life often feels smaller and harder to manage. You may be exhausted from trying to stop, worried about what happens if you do, or unsure whether rehab is really for you. You do not need to be certain. You only need to be open to a first conversation.

At Foundations, you step away from the immediate cycle and into a calm, structured environment where the focus is entirely on getting well. We take time to understand your health, history, relationships and goals, then combine therapeutic work with movement, adventure and new experiences that help you rediscover yourself.

The programme is deliberately small, with a high level of individual attention, so you are known properly and supported consistently as you progress.

What’s included

Support for the whole person

Recovery is about more than stopping. Your programme brings together therapy, practical tools, physical wellbeing and experiences that help you feel stronger, clearer and more able to enjoy life without alcohol or drugs.

01

Individual support

Regular one-to-one sessions give you a private place to understand what has been happening and work towards the changes that matter to you.

02

Group support

Small, supported groups help you feel less alone, learn from shared experience and practise honest connection at a pace that feels manageable.

03

Practical recovery tools

Daily workshops turn recovery principles, including 12-step work where appropriate, into tools you can use in real situations and everyday life.

04

Trauma-informed care

Your care considers the experiences and emotional patterns that may be connected to your use, with safety, trust and pacing at the centre.

05

Holistic wellbeing

Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, massage and body treatments help strengthen your body, support emotional regulation and create space to reset.

06

Adventure and connection

From your first week, activities, nature and experiences in Bali help rebuild confidence, rediscover enjoyment and show you what a full sober life can feel like.

Where you’ll stay

A private, comfortable place to settle

Where you stay affects how safe, settled and able to engage you feel. Foundations offers a deliberately small residential setting with private bedrooms, calm shared spaces, a pool and tropical gardens.

The environment is designed to feel considered, discreet and comfortable while still supporting the structure and connection of residential treatment. Privacy and security arrangements can be tailored for high-profile clients who require additional protection.

First 30 days

01

Stabilise and
reconnect

Step away from the immediate cycle, settle into a supportive routine and begin understanding addiction and your own patterns. From the first week, movement, adventure and new sober experiences help you reconnect with yourself and what life can offer.

Around 60 days

02

Build new patterns

With greater stability, the work moves deeper into relationships, emotional regulation and the habits that support recovery. Adventure, connection and increasing independence give you space to practise living differently, not just talking about it.

Around 90 days

03

Build a life worth protecting

The focus shifts towards making recovery part of a life that feels meaningful, enjoyable and genuinely yours, while preparing for a sustainable return home after Bali.

Daily life

Structure, with space to breathe

Each day has a clear therapeutic purpose without feeling clinical from morning to night. Recovery work is balanced with movement, rest, nourishing meals, connection and adventure. From your first week, you begin experiencing enjoyment, challenge and possibility without alcohol or drugs.

Therapeutic support

Understand what keeps pulling you back

Treatment helps you understand the patterns, experiences and emotions connected to your use, then develop practical ways to respond differently. Your programme is shaped around what is most relevant to you.

One-to-one counselling

Private support shaped around your history, what you are facing now and the future you want to build.

Supported group work

A safe place to explore emotions, relationships and recurring patterns with people who understand.

Understanding trauma

Care that recognises how unresolved experiences can influence alcohol or drug use and adapts the pace accordingly.

Cognitive behavioural therapy

CBT and other evidence-informed approaches help you recognise the thoughts and behaviours that keep you stuck and practise different responses.

Understanding addiction

Clear, practical education about cravings, triggers, emotions, communication, boundaries and the process of change.

Staying well after treatment

A personalised plan for difficult situations, emotional triggers, relationships and continuing support after Bali.

You do not need to decide today

Start with one honest conversation

You do not need to know how long you should stay or have everything worked out. Tell us what is happening. We will listen, answer your questions and help you understand the next step without pressure.

Questions about residential rehab

Clear answers before you decide

You do not need to commit before asking questions. These are some of the practical things people want to understand first.

Is residential treatment confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is treated seriously. Foundations only communicates with family members, employers or other third parties with your written consent, except where disclosure is legally required for safety.

The programme is for adults seeking support with alcohol, drug or behavioural addiction, including people entering treatment for the first time and those returning after relapse. A confidential conversation helps determine whether the programme is suitable for your needs.

Residential programmes are available from one to six months, with 30, 60 and 90-day stays common. The right length depends on your health, history, recovery needs and the support you will return to. The team will talk this through with you rather than applying one standard timeframe to everyone.

If detox is clinically required, the team can help coordinate appropriate medical support before the residential programme begins, so the transition into treatment is planned safely.

Yes. You can retain access to your phone during the programme. The team will discuss how to use it in a way that supports your privacy, focus and recovery.

Before you leave, you will develop a personalised discharge and aftercare plan. This may include ongoing therapy or recovery coaching, peer-support and recovery-community connections, relapse-prevention planning and support with reintegration or sober living where needed.

Residential treatment starts from USD $15,000 per 28 days, with programmes available from one to six months. The team will explain what is included and the available payment options clearly before you make any decision. Eligible Australians may also be able to access superannuation to fund treatment.
