Structure, Support and Space to Feel Alive Again

Weekdays create the rhythm recovery needs. Weekends take that work into real life, with more time for connection, adventure and experiencing Bali.

Life at Foundations

Enough structure to feel steady. Enough flexibility to make it personal.

A clear daily rhythm helps your body and mind settle, but treatment should never feel like a conveyor belt. Your week is shaped around your individual plan, with a balance of therapeutic work, recovery education, movement, rest and time with other residents.

These schedules show how a day may unfold. Exact timings and activities change according to clinical needs, appointments, weather and what will be most useful for the group.
